Definitions
- “Account” means the personal user account created on the Website to participate in Draws.
- “Closing Date” means the closing date of a Draw as shown on the Website.
- “Draw(s)” means any prize draw operated by Upassprizes including instant win draws (“Instant Win Draws”).
- “Entry” means a valid entry to a Draw submitted via the Website.
- “Prize” means the prize or prizes as specified on the relevant Draw entry page of the Website.
- “Website” means the Upassprizes website at upassprizes.com
- “Winner(s)” means the winner of a Prize.
1. Introduction
1.1 These terms and conditions apply to your (“You”, “Your”) use of the Website and to each Draw operated by Upassprizes.
1.2 The Website and Draws are operated by Upassprizes (“We”, “Us”, “Our”).
1.3 All entries are submitted via the Website. Purchasing an Entry does not guarantee a win — all valid entries have an equal chance of winning.
1.4 We may update these terms at any time. Changes will be published on the Website and apply to all entries made after the update. Please check this page regularly.
2. Entering a Draw
2.1 Draws are open only to residents of the United Kingdom. If you live outside the UK you may not enter.
2.2 Employees of Upassprizes and anyone directly connected with the operation of our Draws are not eligible to enter.
2.3 You must be aged 18 or over to enter. We reserve the right to verify age. Anyone found to be under 18 will forfeit any Prize and have their Account closed.
2.4 Each Draw has a maximum number of entries per person as stated on the relevant Draw page.
2.5 All information you provide must be accurate. You must notify us immediately if your contact or personal details change.
2.6 Entries must be made via the Website. You must create an Account to enter.
2.7 We accept no responsibility for entries that are incomplete, delayed, or not received by the Closing Date for any reason.
2.8 Only the registered Account holder may submit entries. Entries made on behalf of others or by automated means (including bots) are invalid and any Prize will be forfeited.
2.9 Entry confirmation will be sent by email and/or shown in your Account.
3. Subscriptions
3.1 Where you subscribe for recurring entries, you will be entered automatically into the next relevant Draw each subscription period with the same number of tickets — unless you adjust or cancel your subscription. No refunds are issued after payment is processed. You may cancel or amend your subscription at any time via your Account.
3.2 You authorise us and our payment providers to charge your chosen payment method when payments are due. It is your responsibility to keep payment details up to date.
3.3 Subscription prices may change. You will be given at least 30 days’ notice by email. If you do not wish to accept the new price you may cancel your subscription.
4. Closing a Draw
4.1 All Draws remain open for a minimum of 3 working days unless fully allocated earlier.
4.2 Draws close on the stated Closing Date.
4.3 A Draw may close early if all available entries are allocated.
4.4 Closing Dates will not be extended except in exceptional circumstances.
4.5 We reserve the right to cancel a Draw if insufficient entries are received. In this case, all payments will be refunded in full.
5. The Draw
5.1 Winners are selected by a verifiably random process. Draws may be broadcast live on social media platforms.
5.2 If a Draw is affected by technical failure, error, or any circumstance that may compromise fairness, we may void entries, re-run the Draw, suspend the Draw, or refund entry fees. Our decision is final.
5.3 Where all tickets are allocated, the theoretical odds of winning are 1 divided by total valid entries. Actual odds may be higher if fewer entries are received.
5.4 Each Draw page shows: total tickets available, price per entry, maximum entries per person, the Prize(s), and any special conditions.
5.5 The Draw takes place on the Closing Date.
5.6 We may publish the surname and county of Winners. You may opt out of publication when notified as a winner, though we may share information with regulatory authorities if required.
6. Notifying Winners
6.1 Winners are contacted by email to the address registered on their Account. Ensure your details are up to date.
6.2 You have 7 days from notification to accept the Prize and provide proof of identity, age, and any requested details. Information must match your Account exactly. Failure to respond or provide verification will result in forfeiture.
6.3 We may conduct identity, anti-fraud, and source-of-funds checks before releasing a Prize.
6.4 Cash Prizes are paid only to a UK bank account held in the Winner’s own name matching all provided documentation. Payments cannot be made to third-party accounts, business accounts, e-wallets, or payment cards.
6.5 If we receive no response within the 7-day period, we may select an alternative Winner and the original Winner forfeits all entitlement.
7. Prizes
7.1 Prizes are as described on the Draw page. We reserve the right to substitute a Prize with one of equal or greater value if necessary.
7.2 Prize images are illustrative — minor differences may apply.
7.3 Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless explicitly stated.
7.4 If a Winner breaches these terms, the Prize may be awarded to an alternative entrant.
7.5 Prizes are dispatched to the Winner’s UK residential address at our cost unless otherwise stated. Risk passes to the Winner upon delivery.
7.6 For vehicle or collection-only Prizes, arrangements will be made directly with the Winner. Insurance, tax, and licensing are the Winner’s responsibility from the collection date.
7.7 If a Prize cannot be delivered after reasonable attempts, or required documentation is not provided, we may award it to an alternative Winner.
7.8 Prizes are provided as described and without additional warranty. The Winner is responsible for any taxes or duties applicable.
8. Responsible Play & Account Controls
8.1 Our Draws are intended for entertainment. If you feel your participation is becoming a concern, please contact us or seek support from organisations such as GambleAware.
8.2 You may set monthly spend limits via your Account. You will be prompted to set a limit on registration and order confirmations.
8.3 You may request a temporary cooling-off period or full account suspension via your Account or by contacting us. During suspension you will not be able to enter Draws.
8.4 You may close your Account at any time by contacting us. You may not re-register under different details to bypass closure.
8.5 We monitor account activity for compliance and fraud prevention. We may apply limits, pauses, or account closure where concerns arise.
9. Account Rules
9.1 Each person may hold only one Account. Creating multiple Accounts to gain extra entries or circumvent limits is not permitted and will result in Accounts being closed, entries voided, and Prizes forfeited.
9.2 Your Account is for personal use only. Keep login details secure. You are responsible for all activity on your Account.
9.3 We may close Accounts that remain inactive for 12 months or more.
9.4 We reserve the right to refuse entry, close Accounts, or withhold Prizes where we detect misuse, fraud, or breach of these terms.
10. Prohibited Use
You must not:
- Use the Website unlawfully or infringe the rights of others
- Harass, abuse, or discriminate against others
- Submit false or misleading information
- Use bots, automation, or multiple Accounts
- Attempt to interfere with Website operation or security
- Reproduce or share Website content without permission
11. Liability
11.1 Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
11.2 We are not liable for losses that are not reasonably foreseeable, or that arise from your actions or circumstances beyond our control.
11.3 Our total liability to you in connection with any Draw will not exceed the total amount you have paid to us in the preceding 12 months or £1,000 — whichever is greater.
12. Intellectual Property
All content on the Website is the property of Upassprizes. You may not copy, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.
13. Complaints
If you have a complaint, please contact us at: [email protected] including your full name, registered email, and details of the issue. We will acknowledge your complaint and aim to respond fully within 14 working days.
14. General
14.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the law of England. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
14.2 By creating an Account and entering any Draw, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
